In addition to the manor house dedicated to tourism and hospitality, your events can be organised in the internal hall in the former stables, in two large gardens and under a big portico in antique wood adjacent to the hall and very handy in the event of rain:
· The 220 sq.m. internal hall has been created from the old stable of the former famous “Fonte di Papa” breeding farm and is suitable for gala evenings, private events and meetings and conferences and can accommodate up to 200 people seated or for a buffet.
· The two adjacent gardens, one around the pool of 1,000 sq.m. and the second 2.000 sq.m., are set up with no details left out and can accommodate up to 300 people for buffets, cocktail parties, lunches and events both sitting down or standing.
· The 200 sq.m. covered portico is built in antique, seasoned wood, created by expert artisans with beams and roof taken from old abandoned farms, and designed so that it is perfectly integrated with its surroundings and yet creates a single unit with the hall and gardens.
The manor house can accommodate up to 24 people in 5 flats and 1 double bedroom; for events requiring additional lodging we have arrangements with nearby hotels.
The Tenuta possesses two separate entrances and two large carparks, for 200 and 30 cars, respectively.
